BEST WAY TO CONTACT KICK IT:
- If you need to contact Kick It 3v3 Staff prior to the event, please email us: kickit3v3@experiencebest.com
- During the event, the best way to contact us is to come to the Headquarters Station. We will be checking email periodically as well, but it might take hours to respond
WHAT TO BRING TO TEAM CHECK-IN
1) Know your TCN (09-5-digit Team Certification Number) a poster will be available on-site with a list of teams and TCN
2) Official Team Roster Form – bring this with you, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK-IN WITHOUT THE OFFICIALL TEAM ROSTER FORM, SIGNED BY EACH PLAYER, OR SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN FOR PLAYERS UNDER AGE 18
3) Proof of Age Documentation for EACH Player
4) Disney Waiver for EACH Player and up to 2 Coaches
TEAM CHECK-IN PROCESS:
STEP 1 – CHECK-IN
1) At the table at the concourse you will tell the Kick It staff member your TCN and the staff member will check you in
2) You will turn in your Official Team Roster Form, and Kick It will keep this form on file - bring this with you, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK-IN WITHOUT THE OFFICIALL TEAM ROSTER FORM, SIGNED BY EACH PLAYER, OR SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN FOR PLAYERS UNDER AGE 18
3) You will show your Proof of Age Documentation for EACH Player, and the Kick It staff member will verify each player name and age with your Official Team Roster
STEP 2 – DISNEY WAIVER / GATE PASS
1) Reminder that Parents and spectators must purchase a gate pass from the box office to enter the park. They can purchase those Friday to avoid long lines at the Box Office Saturday morning (the lines will be very long Saturday)
2) Players and up to 2 coaches can get a gate pass by turning in the Disney Waiver Form to the Disney Staff Member If these are lost or stolen, they are NOT replaceable, a new one must be purchased
STEP 3 – SCHEDULES
1) We have decided to cut down on paper costs and the number of incorrect or revised schedules on-site, therefore, we will not be providing hard-copies of the Game Schedules this year
2) The on-line schedules will be the most up-to-date schedules until 1:00pm Friday, after which Teams must check the Master Scoreboard during the event for schedule updates, as the Master Scoreboard is the source for Official Game Information
